Phil Arrington - Born Jan. 27, 1946 in Dallas, Texas. I was introduced to shooting at the age of 6 years by my grandfather and have been shooting, hunting and reloading ever since. Arizona Hunter Education Volunteer Instructor and I’m now an Appointed NRA High Power coach. I compete in High Power competition nationally with an expert classification, working on master. I’m a certified and well trained National Match Armorer specializing in National Match M-1, M-14/M1A and M-16/AR-15 rifles. My articles on match tuning M-1, M-14/M1A and M-16/AR-15 service rifles have appeared in GUN WORLD MAGAZINE. My match armorer's work written up in the NRA's  USA Shooting Sports Magazine - July,2001 issue.  During the summer, I teach the NRA schools on match conditioning the M-1 Garand, the M-14/M1A and the M-16/AR-15 at Lassen College in Susanville, CA. and Murray College in Murray OK.
